Chetna Baveja Design is a growing interior design firm based in San Francisco, serving clients throughout the Bay Area. We're looking for a talented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team.


Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Junior Interior Designer who can work independently with direction and contribute to exciting residential and commercial projects across the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative design schemes and concepts for client projects
Source furniture, finishes, and materials from showrooms and vendors
Select and specify products that align with project vision and budget
Visit job sites throughout the Bay Area to measure, assess progress, and coordinate with contractors
Travel to design centers and trade showrooms for product research and procurement
Prepare design presentations and documentation
Create drawings and plans using CAD software
Maintain organized project files and material libraries

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience
AutoCAD is a plus
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proactive self-starter who can work independently with guidance
Excellent sourcing and vendor relationship skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites and design centers throughout the Bay Area
