Title: Design Manager
Report to: Market Leader, Desired Experience and Skills:
• 2+ years related industry experience
• 3+ years Revit experience
• Estimating experience is a plus, Construction exposure preferred
• Preferred Degrees: Architectural Technology, Architecture, Interior Design (Engineering
associated)

Role Summary:
Responsible for delivering highly effective designs to support Interior Construction business
growth. Duties include managing technical design, creating compelling visual media, and executing
administrative responsibilities as necessary to help the team, partners and clients achieve project
goals.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze construction drawing sets and specifications
• Presentation design support
• Communicate effectively and professionally with project teams & coalition partners
• Think creatively to identify cost impacts
• Create renderings and other visual media
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit
• Utilize Bluebeam, Excel, Enscape, AutoCAD
• Prepare drawings and submittal packages
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of design details to recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage file sharing and scheduling with manufacturers
• Manage project financials within business system
• Product selection and order entry
• Create and maintain relationships with coalition partners
• Always manage a variety of projects and tasks. Support pricing, cost review and project
tracking.
• Work closely with project team (Estimator, Project Manager, Field Operations)
