We are seeking an experienced full-time Project Interior Designer to join our interiors discipline in either Raleigh or Charlotte.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited university required
  • 6+ years' experience
  • NCIDQ and LEED preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as primary interior designer as appropriate under the guidance of senior interior designers
  • Provide consistent and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project teams
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop design solutions and execute the production and implementation of interior design for assigned projects
  • Research product and resource information
  • Develop project presentations and participate in client meetings
  • Prepare construction documents and furniture/accessory packages
  • Conduct site visits to perform installation inspections
  • Participate in mentoring and coaching of emerging professionals
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
Required Skills:
  • Capable of working professionally in a collaborative team environment to develop and document the project's design while meeting established project schedules
  • Diligence in monitoring progress, identifying potential issues, and designing solutions as necessary
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of ADA and general code compliance
  • Proficient knowledge of applicable sustainability principles
  • Knowledge of quality control processes

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience required
  • Autodesk Revit (BIM) experience required
  • Bluebeam/Revu experience preferred
