Senior Interior Designer – Raleigh, NC

We're seeking a Senior Interior Designer who is passionate about creating spaces that influence, motivate, inspire, and uplift. As a growing office within an award-winning national design firm, our team works across a diverse range of project types—including workplace, higher education, multifamily, healthcare, hospitality, and civic environments—offering opportunities to continually learn and grow. We're looking for someone who combines creativity with technical expertise, takes pride in delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions, and is excited to help shape the continued growth of our Raleigh office.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of commercial interior design experience
  • Experience working on a variety of commercial project types, including workplace, higher education, multifamily, civic and healthcare
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program
  • NCIDQ certification preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Strong design, space planning, detailing, and construction documentation skills
  • Experience coordinating with consultants and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Revit required
  • Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Indesign, Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications
  • Experience with additional visualization software is a plus
  • AutoCAD experience and LEED accreditation are a plus
