Welder
Hiring Immediately!
Advance your career as a Welder working in production operating machines to perform all required welding operations in El Mirage, AZ!
Job Duties:
- Run overhead crane systems to handle steel beams, plates, and assemblies.
- Must be able to utilize chains, grabs, etc., to rig steel for handling.
- Read blueprint drawings to obtain necessary information to apply correct weld and thickness.
- Operate all welding machines and position welding and needle guns to perform all required welding operations.
- Connect cables from power source to welder, and striking arc.
- Guide electrodes along lines to weld plates to beams.
- Apply the needle gun to the clean weld and remove any slag.
- Load weld wire and spools as required.
Pay: $21.20/HR
Shift: 2nd; Monday – Thursday (Fridays Optional)
Hours: 3:30pm – 2:00am
