Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager/Multi-Unit Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to ownership, this role will oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability are met. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and a track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in operations, service, and guest experience
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, increase profitability, and expand market presence
- Hire, train, and mentor management teams at each location, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management initiatives to optimize profitability and control expenses
- Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to develop innovative menu offerings and promotional campaigns that resonate with target customers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and company policies and procedures
- Serve as a liaison between ownership and management teams, providing regular updates on business performance, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the restaurant industry, with experience managing multiple locations
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze financial data, develop budgets, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams at all levels
- Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans that drive growth and profitability
