In this consultative role as Franchise Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and cultivating relationships with prospective franchise owners, educating, and guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals. Working directly with Leadership and our Chief Development Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Franchise Development team and contribute to overall franchise system growth.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact with prospects
  • Promptly responds to and follow up on all quality prospects
  • Coordinates and executes new franchise recruiting interviews, meetings, and events
  • Manage the FDD disclosure and documentation process
  • Manages the sales pipeline from the initial inquiry fo the franchise sale
  • Drives the sales process with prospective franchisees guiding them through the funnel
  • Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports
  • Establish positive franchisee support of the Franchise Development process
  • Develop and deploy sales messaging through various mediums to convey the company’s value proposition most effectively
  • Define and implement a cost-effective lead generation strategy utilizing both traditional and non-traditional mediums
  • Incorporate the value of the company's brand, Mission Statement and Core Values throughout a managed selling process
  • Works closely with the Chief Development Officer on strategic initiatives aligned with company goals

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to represent a brand with the utmost level of professionalism and integrity
  • 2 or more years successful experience directly selling
  • Working knowledge of current industry sales management practices, approaches, tools, resources, and skill sets vital to all aspects of Sales Development
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be an experienced organizational leader, demonstrating great leadership, sales, presentation, and professional communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, smart phones, webinars and web related resources
  • Presentation skills and experience one-on-one, with small groups and large groups
