Live-in Nanny

Position:           Live-in Nanny

Schedule:         Full-time (Monday Friday, 8:30am 7:30pm)

Location:          Westport, CT

Salary:              $1,300 - $1,500 / week DOE

Accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom on the third floor (Ok to live-in 7 days if needed)

Overview:

An active family is seeking a warm and loving live-in Nanny to assist with the care and development of their 3-year-old boy and two-years-old

twin girls. The Nanny will be responsible for all aspects of their care,

including laundry, cooking, and keeping the house organized and tidy. Mom does all the driving for the children.

The family has a weekend Nanny and a Housekeeper who comes once a week to do the heavy cleaning and the parents' laundry.

The ideal Nanny must be happy, energetic, engaging, and must love cats. The family has two cats. Two weeks of pay vacation, major holidays, and sick days. 

Duties:

      Care for the children and nurture their development

      Responsible for childrens laundry, play areas, toys, laundry & ironing

      Cooking for the children (all meals)

Character:

      Friendly, intelligent, professional

      Loving, caring, and nurturing  Must have an accommodating

way and a can-do attitude

      Capable, self-confident, proactive

      Very good communicator, both written and verbal

      Ability to adjust to and accommodate changing circumstances

Requirements:

      3+ years experience as a Nanny

      Excellent, stable work history and references

      Experience working with stay-at-home Mom and being able to work as a team

      Fully vaccinated

      Non-smoker
