Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Operations Leadership:

• Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the client services and sales team.
• Manage sales budgets and create incentive programs.
Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain relationships with key referral partners, understanding their needs and expectations.
• Address client feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators.
• Monitor competitor activity with our marketing team and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities via market penetration and expansion.
Qualifications
• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required. An MBA is preferred.
• Experience: You should have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of managing customer service and increasing revenue.
