JOB DESCRIPTION
MMA Real Solutions is seeking an Accounting Associate. The ideal candidate is timely, efficient, organized, and works well in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the CFO.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain records of multiple accounts
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Process client and employee expenses
Basic bookkeeping
Assist with Trial Balance and Audits
Prepare financial documents
Willingly performs other duties as assigned or requested
SKILLS
Quickbooks experience a must
Detail orientation
Excellent verbal and written communication
Problem solving skills
Strong organizational/prioritization skills
Microsoft skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and other online experience a must
Ability to work independently, yet recognize when assistance is needed
Willingness to assist others
