We are seeking a dedicated Office Assistant
The ideal candidate will excel in organizing and executing daily office tasks with minimal supervision. They should be highly self-driven, reliable, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily office operations to enhance efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks and distributing workload to ensure optimal performance.
- Handle scheduling, travel plans, and appointment arrangements for management.
- Attend to phone calls and manage correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.).
- Aid in budgeting and maintaining financial records.
- Update and maintain office records and databases with personnel, financial, and operational data.
- Engage with clients and customers in person, via email, and over the phone to provide outstanding service.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
- Prepare timely reports and support in the creation of presentations and proposals as needed.
- Offer support to colleagues and assist in various office needs.
- Welcome and provide general assistance to visitors.
- Assist in online promotion and management of company listings and updates as required.

Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
- Proven track record as an office assistant, administrator, or similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and basic accounting principles.
- A background in secretarial studies or similar is a plus.
Education:
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.
Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Office: 3 years+ (Preferred).
- Prior administrative or office assistant experience: 3 year+ (Preferred).
- Experience in QuickBooks: 2 year+ (Preferred).
- bookkeeping skill is advantageous
