Role Overview

ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious and experienced Data Implementation Specialist! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Lakewood, CO.

You will report to the Head of CX Operations as a Data Implementation Specialist.  As a Data Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our data implementation efforts, ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers and continuing to build scalable solutions for complex data migrations. Role and Responsibilities

To successfully deliver products in a fast paced working environment you will be proficient in the following areas:

• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with our team of implementation specialists and directly engage with customers to gain an understanding of their existing data infrastructure and data requirements. This role involves extracting information from clients' existing software and spreadsheets, manipulating and organizing this data appropriately, and then integrating it into our platform through our API. This process will be facilitated by the utilization and development of Python scripts.

Project Management: Manage project timelines to ensure that customer data is ingested into the platform in a timely and efficient manner, and accurate expectations are communicated to all stakeholders.

• Scalable Development: Develop and maintain a suite of scripts used to construct data pipelines, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of data import and update processes.
• Documentation: Ensure that both technical and non-technical documentation of import processes is maintained, up-to-date, and easily accessible to other team members.
• Exploration and Growth: Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to optimize data implementation processes and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Python (OR another dynamic or high-level language such as Ruby or R) in a work environment.
• Deep familiarity with pandas and its applications in data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficient in using git (or other VCS tools such as Mercurial or SVN) for version control and collaboration within a team.
• Proven experience managing projects and coordinating between technical and customer-facing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex data-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working directly with customers to understand their needs and communicate project details.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (based on experience)
