Millwright Supervisor / Grain Bin Contrustion (Maybee,MI)

Just Right Grain Systems specializes in the construction and maintenance of Grain Storage and Handling Systems. We have been in business for over 20 years. We also provide mobile crane service with our 25 Ton, 30 Ton and 70 Ton cranes. We are looking for individuals to join our team.

During the spring, summer and fall, we construct and repair grain storage bins, grain hoppers, grain elevators, conveyors and other grain handling equipment. In the winter, we provide snow removal services and complete required maintenance and repairs on our work vehicles and equipment.

We operate as a Crew, with a Project Manager, a Supervisor, and team of Millwrights. We are looking for motivated individuals join our team.

A successful Millwright Candidate at a minimum must be able to:

• Operate manual and power tools
• Read measurement devices accurately
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb to work at heights up to 200ft
• Do basic math
• Show a valid driver’s License
• Work out of town for days at a time
• Work in a wide variety of weather conditions
• Have reliable transportation to and from our shop/office as required
• Be Punctual, Reliable, Dependable, Respectful and Professional with their Fellow Workers and our Customers

Abilities and Experience in the following areas would be a strong plus BUT NOT REQUIRED:

• Chauffer’s License or CDL-A
• Concrete site preparation, reinforcement, pouring and finishing.
• Operating Skidsteers, Manlifts, Skytracks, etc.
• Mechanical and Electrical Aptitudes
• Mobile Hydraulic Boom Crane Operations
• Stick Welding
• Vehicle maintenance such as checking/topping/changing vehicle fluids
• Light vehicle repair and preventative maintenance such as changing brake pads, wiper blades
• Repair and maintenance on equipment such as Snow blowers, Welders, 4 Wheelers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience level: 2 years

Schedule: 10 hour shift, Day shift, Weekends as needed

Work setting: In-person, Outdoor work

Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
