Healthcare Customer Service Rep

Healthcare Representatives Needed!
FULL TIME - $17/hr.
Established Fortune 5 company located in Dallas, TX - Regent (North) area.
- Taking inbound calls from patients in a call center setting
- Assist patients who need to refill their prescriptions
- Data entry
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a changing environment
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls as necessary
- Must be comfortable handling sensitive medical information
- Must be available to work any shift between 7am - 7pm Monday – Friday
- May work with pharmacies, and patients to deliver better care to patients in every setting
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service
- Computer skills are a MUST!
- Strong focus around accurate and timely customer support
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks
- Ability to work items in queue and manage turnaround times
- Healthcare experience helpful but not required
- Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook are a plus
- Drug and background screen required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
