Office located in the vicinity of Arapahoe and I-25
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist Community Manager with day-to-day operations of assigned HOA’s.
• Assist Community Manager with fielding and responding to client calls and emails.
• Work with Community Manager in building professional working relationships with the HOA boards, members and vendors.
• Assist Community Manager with community inspections and issuance of covenant violation letters.
• Assist Community Manager with review and submission of community architectural requests.
• Coordination of maintenance contracts, work orders and other work with vendors.
• Assemble meeting documents.
• Assist in the organization of meetings, budgets, and mailings.
● Attend on-site HOA meetings as requested by Community Manager.
• Updating of client and community information in database systems when necessary.
• Creation and distribution of email bulletins.
• Drafting and preparation of associations’ newsletters.
• Other duties as assigned.

· Continuous awareness and demonstration for the need to maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information of Association, homeowner and company information is a must.
· Conduct all communications (oral, written or otherwise) with co-workers, clients, vendors and any other parties in a courteous, effective and professional manner, especially in tense situations.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma
• 3+ years of experience in HOA or rental community management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional and pleasant personality with good listening skills
• Able to confidently learn and use new software as required
• Honest, ethical, professional, expedient, exacting and confident
• Self-motivated, accurate, and committed to meeting or beating deadlines with little or no supervision
• Must have the ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
