Responsibilities
- Greet patients and help problem solve
- Online verification of insurance, copays, PCP
- Take copays and schedule appointments
- Balance cash drawer, run reports, reconcile drawer
Skills
- Proven experience in medical office
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with CPT & ICD codes, medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, compassionate, and able to handle stress
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000 per year, plus benefits package ($18/HR)
