We are seeking a Director Of Business Development (Texas) to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily sales operations
- B2B Sales Growth and Expansion
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Train and evaluate employees
- Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent
Qualifications:
- 5 years previous energy sales experience, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software
