Operations Production Manager

About the Role
The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of
YZ Productions. This dynamic and results-driven role is responsible for ensuring
the seamless execution of all aspects of business operations, personnel
management, and production. The Operations Manager will serve on a company’s
leadership team to oversee the performance, efficiencies and satisfaction of
employees. They analyze the company’s organizational process and find ways to
enhance employees’ work quality and productivity. Operations Managers build
operational policies and strategies that keep the organization functioning
smoothly.

The Impact You’ll Make | Essential Responsibilities
Running the daily operations of the production
Conduct Daily Meetings with the Production Team
Guide, direct, and train service staff, maintaining a productive work
environment that promotes loyalty and dedication
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff

About YOU! | KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL
Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Previous Production Experience preferably in the Youtube Space
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organizational skills

The base pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year. The
determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within
the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior
employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
