Experience in Customer Service and/or call dispatching.
Proficient with Windows 10+ and experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, various software and\or database programs.

Abilities to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment.
Clear Background Check.
Time Management Skills.

Responsibilities You Will Take On:

Answering and making phone calls.
Handling inquiries and service repair and work requests.
Reviewing files and records.
Document and correspondence management.
Maintaining filing systems (physical and digital).
Compiling records of office activities.
Photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
Emailing and typing documents.
Data entry and database maintenance.
Coordinating workflow.
Keeping your office area organized.
Dispatching service calls
Communicating with customers and field personnel
Updating work orders and databases
Following up with customers
Coordinating with other departments

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
Lunch: 30 Minutes

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and internet use
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Dispatching experience preferred but not required
