Job description

Position Summary:

At ADT Security Services, we've been in the business of helping save lives for more than 150 years. ADT is committed to hiring team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service - people who understand the importance of customer satisfaction and what it means to their career development.  As a company that is well-positioned to continue meeting and exceeding our customers' evolving needs, ADT also takes pride in upholding a rewarding work experience for all of our team members.  The patrol officer is responsible for responding to alarm activations and responding to emergencies for residential and business customers within an assigned geographical area.

Patrol officers go directly from home over to where our patrol vehicles are located in West Los Angeles.
Patrol is 24/7 with two consecutive days off. Weekend work required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to alarm activations while driving a marked company vehicle in an assigned geographical area.
  • Conduct residential vacation checks.
  • Perimeter checks of commercial locations.
  • Respond to calls for patrol service.
  • You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and co-workers.
  • This involves providing solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

The starting pay for this position is $20.00 per hour and will reach $23.00 per hour after 6 months of active employment. (You will receive incremental increases of $1 every 60 days until the rate of $23.00 is reached). We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off, among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
