Job description

United Security Services, Inc., a national security company, is seeking professional security officers for an upscale hotel in Renton, Washington.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in security standard operating procedures and safety protocols under the role's responsibility and will be results-driven and focused.
We are currently hiring for Flex Officers, as well as part time roles, and possibly a full time 32 hour role- this may vary based on operational need.

Security Guard Requirements:

  • Certified security experience.
  • Must have an unarmed security license with the State of Washington (DOL)
  • Availability to work Friday through Sunday, 2pm-10pm and/or 6pm to 2am shifts.
  • Able to stand for at least 8 hours
  • Capable of lifting and carrying reasonable weight
  • Preferred to have experience in hospitality – hotels or relevant customer service.

Security Guard Responsibilities:

  • Patrolall areas of the buildings (door checks/stairwells) and exterior (parking garages/building perimeters).
  • Check in guests.
  • Respond to incidents on-site, including moving along/trespassing transients.
  • Respond to emergencies and alarms.
  • Other job responsibilities as needed


$23.75 per hour

Target start date: Immediately.
