Front Desk Receptionist/Cashier

High Five Playhouse is seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Party Hosts. As a Cashier and Party Host, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of children in the indoor playground, and facilitating memorable parties for our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments with precision.
• Provide information about the playhouse's services, pricing, and special offers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

2. Playground Supervision:

• Monitor children's activities in the playground area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Prevent and address instances of rough play, ensuring that all children are playing safely and following the rules.
• Engage with children in a positive and interactive manner, promoting a fun and inclusive play experience.

3. Party Hosting:

• Organize and host parties for customers, ensuring a seamless and memorable celebration.
• Coordinate party activities, games, and entertainment to create an engaging and exciting atmosphere.
• Assist with setting up and decorating party areas according to the theme and preferences of the customers.
• Ensure that parties run smoothly, adhering to schedules and accommodating special requests.

4. Product Sales:

• Assist customers in making snack and merchandise purchases, maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
• Restock and replenish snacks and products as needed, ensuring a visually appealing display.
• Promote snack and merchandise specials to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, 

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
