Front Desk Sales & Receptionist (Vietnamese - Fluent)

Only need part-time availability: Monday and Wednesday

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Sales & Receptionist (Vietnamese - fluent) to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing appointments, interacting with clients, supporting medical providers, maintaining cleanliness, driving sales, and managing social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently using our booking system. Make adjustments as needed to maximize booking efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Give our clients a 5-star experience!
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist medical providers with client care, ensuring smooth operations during treatments and procedures.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces.
  • Promote and sell packages, services, and retail products to meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate schedules of medical providers and staff to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication with management regarding daily operations, client feedback, and staff performance.
  • Create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote services, events, and specials.
