Front Desk Associate

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team in Fleming Island, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of a premier spa experience, helping clients feel relaxed and valued from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in clients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Schedule and manage appointments using spa booking software
  • Promote and sell spa memberships, packages, and retail products
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups with excellent customer service
  • Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Coordinate with massage therapists and estheticians to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
