Our operations internship offers the opportunity to apply one’s experience in hospitality at the corporate level and assist in our company’s strategic planning and growth. You will collaborate with the operations team on a variety of aspects including research projects, strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and drive revenue growth, reporting practices, participating in meetings, and other areas as deemed appropriate. Each intern will manage a project from start to finish along with your assigned mentor.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, executives, and team members.
  • Currently enrolled in a hospitality management or related program.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Previous hotel and or restaurant experience preferred.
