Description:
To assist in leading the design and maintenance of the Client PDF Forms, Disclosures and Applications. To ensure strict adherence to compliance direction and consistent branding strategy that aligns with Client’s strategic goals. Provide working knowledge of design programs, principles, development standards, techniques and methodologies and ability to apply them, ensuring a great user experience and alignment with the organization’s overall objectives. Apply knowledge to assist with solving a full range of complex problems.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute designs layouts and visual branding in support of products and services to be published online, mobile, print, and eNet Considerable Impact
• Participate in strategic/conceptual development meetings with clients to determine project requirements, objectives and creative direction Assist in Leading
• Work closely with clients as a Trusted Advisor to develop materials that meet/exceed their needs and expectations and comply with branding, trademark and other company and industry standards Assist in Leading
• Conduct research, conceptualize and develop several strong, persuasive ideas that address the goals and purpose of the credit union Complex/Difficult
• Serve as creative resource and point of contact for management on design and branding standards, vendor selection and production methods and timelines Considerable Impact
• Create intelligent forms for web based form submissions and data collection Considerable scope
• Monitor assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives are completed according to schedule; collaborate with project teams to ensure all business needs are met Considerable Impact
• Maintain consistency of designs, ensure version controls and latest designs are published, maintains content manager and other storage systems
• Incorporate and leverage best industry practices while maintaining alignment with the Client goals and capabilities Complex/Difficult
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals
• Serve as mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members
• Assist with compiling reports and/or production statistics
• Support print specifications, digital files, and conversion of file formats for Print OnDemand, laser forms, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned
