Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Senior / Lead Graphic Designer to elevate our brand presence across multiple divisions within the beauty, skincare, and tanning industries. This role is ideal for someone who not only produces exceptional creative work but can also guide, mentor, and elevate an existing design team.
You will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our wholesale distribution brands, ensuring consistency, innovation, and performance-driven design across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the visual direction and creative execution for multiple brands within our beauty and tanning portfolio.
  • Design high-impact marketing materials including digital ads, email campaigns, social media graphics, product promotions, catalogs, packaging, trade show materials, and website assets.
  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels and ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Leadership to support seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Mentor and guide in-house designers, providing creative feedback, direction, and skill development.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Stay current with beauty, skincare, and tanning trends to ensure our brands remain modern and competitive.
  • Optimize creative assets for performance across digital platforms.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring other designers.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, digital marketing, print collateral, and campaign work.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects and Premiere a plus).
  • Understanding of digital marketing best practices (email marketing, social media, web design principles).
  • Ability to think strategically—not just execute design, but contribute to overall brand growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A creative leader who raises the bar for everyone around them.
  • Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to improve.
  • A designer who understands that design is not just about aesthetics—it’s about driving sales and brand growth.
  • A team player who communicates clearly and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Why Join Us:
You’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow brands within a thriving wholesale beauty and tanning distribution company. This is not a maintenance role—this is a leadership opportunity to elevate our creative direction and take our marketing presence to the next level.
