Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our Business Development & Corporate Support team in the creation of high-impact proposals, RFP responses and executive presentations. This role is heavily focused on long-format and editorial-style design. You will structure complex information into clean, compelling and highly organized visual narratives. You will collaborate closely with Lead Graphic Designers, the Creative Project Manager and a dedicated content team to execute established creative direction while maintaining precision and consistency across materials. This is high-visibility design work that directly supports revenue growth and executive leadership initiatives.
Location: Remote, Colorado preferred.
Reports to: Senior Graphic Designer, Business Development & Corporate Support.
This role pays an annual salary of $55,000-$65,000

Responsibilities
  • Design and format multi-page proposals, RFP responses and presentation decks.
  • Execute structured layouts using established templates, grid systems and style guides.
  • Apply strong typographic hierarchy and spacing discipline across long-form documents.
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, pagination, headers, footers and section systems.
  • Translate dense content into clean, readable and visually engaging layouts.
  • Work within established brand systems and design frameworks.
  • Follow and apply pre-built templates while maintaining high design standards.
  • Support refinement and updates to slide masters and proposal templates.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to brand guidelines and formatting standards.
  • Collaborate with Lead Graphic Designers to execute creative direction.
  • Partner with the Creative Project Manager to align on timelines and production needs.
  • Work closely with copywriting and business development teams to ensure narrative and layout cohesion.
  • Participate in design reviews and implement feedback accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with attention to detail.
  • Conduct proofing and quality control checks for formatting accuracy.
  • Support coordination with external print vendors when needed.
  • Clean, consistent and polished long-format proposal documents.
  • Flawless execution of templates and brand standards.
  • Efficient collaboration across design, PM and content teams.
  • Strong visual clarity in complex, information-heavy materials.

Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years of professional graphic design experience, agency or in-house experience welcome.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Demonstrated experience with long-format or editorial-style design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, grid systems and structured layout.
  • Ability to follow established templates and design systems with precision.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative, coachable and eager to grow.
  • Passion for Sports and Entertainment and or Hospitality industries preferred.
