Project Management Specialist

Job Details: The Project Management Specialist will assist with project management in a defense program. Candidate must have an understanding of project management for defense programs. Candidate will support management in product tracking through the development process to determine issues and track status. Candidate will coordinate project review activity and status reporting for recurring project process and progress documentation. Candidate will support management in product tracking through development process to determine issues and track status. Candidate must be able to interface directly with clients and their organizations to understand client issues, understand data sources and content, and explain conclusions.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience creating metrics reports across teams
• Experience coordinating program schedules across team
• Three or more years of work experience in the defense industry.
• Proficiency with project planning tools, (e.g., Microsoft Project).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite tools, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint.

Required Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.

Desired Qualifications:

• An active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
