Senior ISC Project Management Specialist (Multiple Openings)
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote after training)
Schedule: Day Shift

Kronos Consulting is seeking experienced Senior ISC Project Management Specialists to support strategic Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) initiatives. These positions focus on project execution, material readiness planning, customer commitment fulfillment, and operational performance improvement within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.


The successful candidates will lead cross-functional projects involving Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Materials Management, and Customer Operations teams. Responsibilities include developing and managing project schedules, monitoring performance metrics, creating Line of Balance (LOB) and Clear-to-Build reports, driving material readiness activities, mitigating supply chain risks, resolving production constraints, and implementing recovery plans to support critical customer requirements.


Candidates should possess strong project management, supply chain, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization. Experience utilizing SAP for supply chain analysis, advanced Excel reporting tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and project tracking methodologies is highly desired.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4-7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related disciplines
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements
  • Strong SAP experience and data analysis capabilities
  • Experience with Line of Balance (LOB), Clear-to-Build reporting, material planning, or recovery planning
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities\


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industry experience
  • Knowledge of Integrated Supply Chain processes and operational metrics
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
  • PMP or other Project Management certifications
