Digital Marketing Manager

The Force Factor marketing team is responsible for selling our award-winning performance
nutrition supplements to end consumers shopping at major retailers throughout the U.S., both
online (Amazon, Walmart.com, SamsClub.com, etc.) and at brick-and-mortar stores (Walmart,
CVS, Walgreens, GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, etc.).

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced remote environment
where strategic thinking and executional excellence are critical to the business’s success. Digital
marketers have always been the core of our team, driving performance and growth that impact
every other facet of the organization.

The person in this role will manage on-platform advertising campaigns across our major
eCommerce retailers, as well as off-platform efforts intended to create demand and drive
conversion. This individual will report directly to and work closely with the CMTO.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate eCommerce marketplace on-platform advertising campaigns
• Create and optimize off-platform advertising efforts to drive traffic to retail partners
• Design and test social, display, native, email, and video assets that generate sales
• Build and maintain detailed analytics and performance reporting
• Establish relationships with advertising platform account managers

Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of digital advertising experience, preferably for a consumer-focused brand
• Results-hungry self-starter with a proven track record of running successful campaigns
• Detail-oriented, driven, and organized marketer with an insatiable desire to win
