Production Manager

Thompson First Group is seeking a Production Manager for a permanent position with a client in Middletown, DE. Candidates that have a background working in manufacturing leadership and experience working in a clean room environment are encouraged to apply.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee 4 areas of the production floor, a team consisting of 40-44 production operators, 4 supervisors, and 1 production coordinator, over a 3 shift environment.
• Supervise all aspects of production operations, including scheduling equipment, maintaining stock, coaching and supporting Production Supervisors, and ensuring all procedures and training conform to ISO and cGMP standards.
• Hire, train, and coach department staff.
• Effectively communicate with colleagues locally and globally as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure quality standards of production and establish procedures to maintain standards as needed.
