Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be primarily responsible for Inventory Control.

Responsibilities:

Any area related to Inventory Control
- "Physically" -within the store
- "Systemically" -with the operating system
Evaluation of current situation and procedures
Communications with owner on areas of Improvement
- creating action plans in order to accomplish (tasks/goals/needs/projects)
Anything the Store or owner needs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and communication skills
Good handwriting
Strong leadership qualities
A desire to find what is next
The ability to change culture
