Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in achieving monthly sales forecast and volume targets while ensuring profitability.
- Manage, train, and direct a team of Sales Representatives, setting a professional example of enthusiasm and accountability.
- Collaborate with other operational units within the store to maximize the dealership's opportunities.
- Provide support to new car and used sales associates in closing deals when needed.
- Develop relationships with both employees and customers to enhance the sales process and establish a customer network.
- Offer guidance and assistance to customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Help customers select the right vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their preferences.
- Explain product, performance, applications, and benefits to prospects.
Requirements:
- Managing internet inquiries through dealership website and other online channels.
- Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales.
- Grow internet sales business and expand current customer base; measured through monthly online percentage.
- Willingness to train additional sales associates and thrive in a team environment.
- Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections and negotiating pricing.
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Embrace technology and stay up-to-date with advancements in the automotive industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- At least 2 year experience as Internet Sales Manager
- Must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
