Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate real estate activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Inspect properties and arrange for repairs
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Collect rent and any other fees from tenants
Pay property expenses
Prepare monthly financial statements for owners
Arrange conracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, and any other recurring services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate
Investigate and resolve property complaints and leasing violations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
