This Global role is responsible for creating, delivering, and operating an application ecosystem to meet the need of Funko's business strategy. You will manage internal and external technology teams for Data & Analytics, ERP (Sales, Finance, Procurement, Planning, Supply Chain and Warehouse Operations), Product Lifecycle Management, Digital Asset Management and Human Resources. The role is also responsible for the governance and planning of our Enterprise Architecture including the development and operations of all data integration points. The successful candidate will direct and coordinate global programs to deliver and maintain transformation of all Enterprise Business areas.

  • Create a Global Enterprise Application vision that will drive our roadmaps and portfolio of projects together with the appropriate level of financial diligence to support a valid business case.
  • Set the objectives and goals of the organization with relevant metrics to drive a high performing team.
  • Engage business stakeholders across the company to gain a strong understanding of business needs.
  • Work with the Global VP of IT and SD Security and Privacy to assess and remediate risk with the application portfolio
  • Align contracts with vendors and partners to ensure Funko and its customers data meets our policy guidance
  • Ensure all applications have a technical recovery plan in place, are highly available where necessary and have documented procedures to support business continuity in a disaster recovery situation.
  • Directly responsible for the financial tasks of forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of your cost centers and projects
  • Oversee the processes of selecting, implementing, and adopting systems through to ongoing operations
  • Provide management, coaching and mentoring to create an environment which encourages accountability and strong staff development; manage the hiring, training, motivation, and retention of top talent.
  • Drive projects to successful completion by delivering on promised scope / functionality, resolving issues and conflicts with business / IT / Vendor partners, hitting deadlines with quality deliverables.
  • Responsible for managing relationships with our application vendors. Held accountable for hitting metrics associated with vendor performance.
  • Ensure the operational performance, scalability, and reliability of application services.
  • Ensure SOX, PCI, CCPA and other regulatory compliance, and internal controls, for information technology. Coordinate security, privacy and other compliance for global applications
Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a large enterprise Informational Technology environment. A minimum of 10 years of experience managing people and preferably 5 years managing a global team.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a consumer products company is a distinct advantage
  • Will have demonstrable experience in the implementation and ongoing delivery of capabilities in a top tier ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics. Cloud ERP experience an advantage
  • Will have demonstrable experience of building and growing technology organizations with a focus on the development of people and the utilization of nearshore and offshore services
  • Able to work outside of their technology domain to influence and drive the overall IT strategy
  • Will have implemented a "Center of Excellence" or similar based model for Master Data Management and Data and Analytics.
  • Highly self-motivated. Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
  • Demonstrated acumen and passion for both business and technology, including the latest digital innovations as they apply to the creation of business value.
  • Ability to step into projects already in progress, or in need of rescue, and effectively assume a leadership role.
  • Proven internal and external influencing skills at senior and executive management levels. Demonstrates an ability to communicate with impact to audiences of senior executives and regulators and to convey complex IT operations issues and their implications on the organization
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - 266,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
