Property Management Maintenance Technician

Century Sales & Management is looking for an EXPERIENCED, hardworking, dependable, honest, self-motivated, and mechanically-minded individual to join our Maintenance Team.

2 YEARS OR MORE OF PROPERTY OR BUILDING MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION! Attention to quality, knowledge of the situation, and speed will be critical to your success. Previous experience in the property management industry will be a benefit to your success.

The successful candidate will have good organizational, time management, and communication skills, and a positive, upbeat, and teachable attitude. Experience in some or all of the following areas is required.

• General maintenance
• Plumbing and Electrical
• HVAC
• Carpentry
• Grounds and exterior work
• Locks & keys
• Appliance Repair

Other requirements include the following:

• Various physical demands include pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, crawling, crouching, and the ability to move items up to 50 pounds or more without assistance.
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance are required.
• Must have own set of basic tools and equipment.

Pay is based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. This permanent full-time position is typically 40 hours per week with overtime and a rotating on-call schedule with the rest of the team. After 60 days Century also offers the opportunity to enroll in a full benefits package that includes partial Company subsidized health insurance, paid life and long-term disability as well as optional Dental, Vision, and supplemental insurance. 401K and PTO eligibility starts from day one.
