The Property Maintenance Technician plays a key role within a Maintenance Team, responsible for the upkeep and repair of approximately 750 residential and commercial properties within a 3 mile radius. This position involves routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance using mobile management tools to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and presentable. The role offers valuable opportunities for skill development training and growth.

Responsibilities
