As a Property Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in protecting and maintaining homes for seasonal and year-round residents while they are away. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is proactive about identifying repair or maintenance needs, and coordinating practical solutions. From scheduling trusted HVAC, electrical, or plumbing professionals to recommending the right products for repair, you will ensure every homeowner receives the most responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented service.
