JOB DESCRIPTION

Complete Property Management Solutions is seeking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician / Construction Crew Member based within a 35-mile radius of St. Louis, MO.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on maintenance, construction, or trade experience who takes pride in doing quality work. Our maintenance technicians are responsible for completing repairs, make-ready work, and property upkeep in a timely, professional, and craftsman-like manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants
• Complete general make-ready work and repairs for rental units
• Perform drywall repair, drywall installation, taping, and mudding
• Paint walls, trim, doors, touch-ups, and exterior surfaces
• Install flooring and trim, including luxury vinyl plank, tile, carpet, and ceramic
• Perform general building repairs and maintenance
• Service basic electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and appliances
• Complete plumbing repairs, including sink drains, toilets, vanities, faucets, and tubs
• Repair soffit, fascia, and gutters
• Occasionally perform landscaping tasks, including clean-up, mulch, and vegetation removal
• Schedule and complete assigned maintenance-related work orders
• Submit completed service requests with photos, notes, and required documentation
• Forecast, order, and negotiate pricing for materials when necessary
• Attend occupancy inspections
• Conduct preventive maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in property maintenance, construction, or trade labor preferred
• Stable and working pickup truck required
• Basic power tools required
• Smartphone required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience with AppFolio and/or HouseCall Pro preferred, but not required

SCHEDULE

• Full-time
• Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Weekend and after-hours work may be available occasionally, mostly based on candidate preference

WORK LOCATION

Remote/on the road throughout St. Louis and surrounding areas.
