PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECH
Immediate Opening | Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Do you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and keeping properties running smoothly? We're seeking a dependable Property Maintenance Tech to join our team immediately!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 8am-2pm
Pay: Starting at $19/hr DOE

What You'll Do:
  • General building and property maintenance

  • Painting, repairs, and carpet removal

  • Basic plumbing and thermostat replacement

  • Maintain clean and safe grounds including litter pickup and weed removal

  • Assist with upkeep of residential/commercial property systems

Important:

This property utilizes gas utilities, so candidates should feel comfortable working around gas appliances and related systems. Willing to train the right candidate on gas-related work if they are eager to learn and build their skills.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in their work

  • Is willing to handle both skilled maintenance tasks and everyday property upkeep

  • Can work independently and stay productive throughout the day

  • Has a valid driver's license

  • Can provide proof of GED or High School Diploma

  • Can pass a background check and drug screen
