Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Location: Camarillo, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $20$22/hour (DOE)

Job Summary
  • Perform residential and commercial property maintenance, repairs, and remodeling projects
  • Complete a variety of hands-on tasks including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and general maintenance
  • Support property improvement projects while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial maintenance and repair projects
  • Complete drywall installation, patching, texturing, and repairs
  • Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and finishing work
  • Install and repair cabinets, countertops, doors, trim, and molding
  • Construct and repair decks, fencing, patio covers, and exterior structures
  • Perform minor plumbing repairs and fixture installations
  • Complete basic electrical work including outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and ceiling fans
  • Perform minor framing, siding, and carpentry projects
  • Troubleshoot and repair general property maintenance issues
  • Maintain communication regarding project progress and completion
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Qualifications
