Job description

Property Maintenance Technician -
Part-time - 20-25 Hours per week - Monday - Friday
If you are an experienced PROPERTY maintenance technician and a 'go-to' kind of person, Christian Care Communities wants to talk with you about joining our maintenance team.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for a full range of custodial and property maintenance duties
including painting, heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair, responding to work orders, minor
plumbing and electrical work, snow shoveling and landscaping while maintaining compliance with all
applicable laws, regulatory and organizational standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred Education: Associate's degree from a college, university, technical school
Required Experience: 1 year experience in general property maintenance
