We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Property Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained residential community in St. Petersburg. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where your work directly contributes to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming living space for residents.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Newer, well-maintained property with pride in presentation.
  • Supportive team culture that values reliability and collaboration.
  • Enjoy a variety of daily tasks—no two days are the same.
  • Long-term stability with consistent, full-time hours.
  • Great St. Petersburg location with a strong community feel.
  • Opportunity to expand skills across multiple trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare units for new residents, including painting and basic repairs.
  • Maintain grounds by removing debris, leaves, and maintaining landscaping areas.
  • Perform seasonal upkeep such as raking, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance.
  • Clean and maintain common areas (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.).
  • Ensure restrooms and shared spaces are stocked and presentable.
  • Monitor property conditions and report any safety or unusual concerns.
  • Inspect hallways and common areas to ensure safe, well-lit access.
  • Pressure wash exterior buildings, walkways, and common areas.
  • Complete repairs to interior and exterior structures (walls, fences, fixtures, etc.).
  • Assist with minor electrical work (outlets, lighting, fans).
  • Assist with basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, disposals).
  • Review and complete work orders in a timely manner.
  • Track and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a multi-unit residential setting.
  • EPA certification required; HVAC certification preferred.
  • Strong skills in painting and general repairs.
  • Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics.
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of workplace safety and maintenance best practices.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • You take pride in your work and pay attention to detail.
  • You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • You are reliable, proactive, and solution oriented.
  • You enjoy a hands-on, active work environment.

If you’re looking for a stable opportunity where your skills are valued and you can make a visible impact every day, we’d love to connect with you.
