SUMMARY

Coordinate clinical activities of multiple offices, including an emphasis on monitoring financial performance, budgets, billing, and contracts. Travel between offices and work with division managers & supervisors. Also, there will be a responsibility to help recruit providers and maintain provider relations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in health or business administration or 5-8 years of recent Administration management experience in a health care and/or organization.
  • Knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of human resource management techniques.
  • Ability to work well with people.
  • Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
  • Skill in written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, problem-solving, decision-making.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply clinic policies and procedures.
  • Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities presented.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates the work activities and schedules at clinic/hospital divisions with Division Managers and Supervisors.
  • Administers Clinics for OSHA compliance in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Assists in the opening and setting up of new divisions as requested by Executive Director of Operations.
  • Recruits, hires and supervises assigned personnel. Assists with recruiting of Physicians, NP, PA, in facility as needed or required by management.
  • Works with Executive Director to ensure that office space, equipment, and supplies are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and employees for optimum patient care
  • Handles various personnel matters including forms and procedures as required. or needed by Executive Director.
  • Random visits to clinics to monitor appointment, patient flow, and medical record systems in clinics. Evaluate the operational flow.
  • Ensures Corporate payer contracts, credit and collection procedures are
    followed.
  • Resolves work problems to ensure quality patient service.
  • Identifies, analyze and resolves operational problems.
  • Work closely with medical providers of all divisions to ensure smooth patient flow, documentation and billing done in timely manner. Liaison with medical providers and management.
  • Works with Executive Director to ensure operations and relations are effective.
  • Attends required monthly/weekly management meetings and participates in committees as requested
  • Participates in professional development activities to keep current with health care trends and practices.
  • Maintains strictest confidentiality, security of patient records (paper and electronic records). HIPAA Compliance.
  • Must have understanding of Information System and finance system
  • Set and meet Financial Goals
  • Maintain Spread Sheets on equipment and supply costs comparisons.
  • Keep inventory of medical equipment and furniture for all divisions. Update annually
