Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist, with experience to work full-time.

You will be part of an amazing team of hard-working, lively, enthusiastic professionals, working in a cutting-edge facility. You will perform front desk duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility and greeting patients.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones in a high call volume environment
Schedule patient appointments in an EHR system
Verify patient insurance eligibility
Accurate recording of patients' information
Greet patients coming into the practice
Check out patients leaving the practice
Explain services offered to patients
Take on admin duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a medical receptionist
Proficient computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong written skills
Ability to clearly communicate with patients
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
