Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Our Company is a nationwide company that offers online safety courses and classroom courses in a few states. You will be responsible for providing support to customers that call our office by answering questions about our products and services and assisting in resolving technical issues they may be having.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services that our company offers

ā€‹Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Etc.
  • Must be able to work 9 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday
