Looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Restaurant Manager to oversee our growing team of cooks, line server staff. Must have 2 years restaurant management experience. The manager coordinates all aspects of the business, from menu development to food preparation and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience running a restaurant and/or have completed culinary school, and will be familiar with legal compliance and financial management.

Some Responsibilities:

• Recruit,Hire,Train and develop a team.
• Coach,counsel and grow people to grow the business
• Manage and lead your team daily to execute Moe's standards
• Have Fun, Make Money, Grow Guest and Repeat
• Oversee the establishment of budgets and financial goals.
• Monitor the trends of consuming and selling goods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
