Production Manager

Production Manager responsibilities include developing relationships with team and clients, and overlooking all stages of the event - from pre-production, production during the event, and post-production. You will be linking up the communication between our internal team, external vendors, and the client to ensure their event goes smoothly and stress-free for them.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Attending industry conferences and trade shows for recruiting purposes
• Scheduling AV techs to events as well as scheduling freelancers and vendors
• Onboarding new employees.
• Develop relationships within industry networks to source candidates for available opportunities
• Responsible for approving projects and scheduling people

• Familiarity with all industry companies and vendors
• Self-starting
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Full Understanding of all Event Production Stages
• Full Understanding of AV Equipment (audio, video, lighting, staging, rigging, power)
• Good Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to operate in Fast Paced Environment
• Minimum of 3-5 years of Audio-Visual experience
• Driver License Required
• Good organizational/time management skills and efficient use of computer software are essential.
• Team management skills
• Excellent computer literacy and proficiency ( G-Suite, Microsoft, company CRM)
• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
