The perfect technician will be available to work from Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, and be deeply committed to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the community. The candidate should be amiable, possess strong communication skills, and pay great attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- cleaning gutters
- sidewalk railings maintenance.
- trash removal.
- painting exteriors/interiors: example shutters, doors, fences, repairing drywall and painting
- leaf blowing's and cutting grass.
