Job Description
The purpose of this job is to manage a team of analysts that create and provide statistical and advanced data analytics products and processes within the Loyalty team.
- Lead a team to uncover opportunities to use advanced analytics to drive profitability and/or specific target variables
- Guide all research and experimental design, and help implement new strategies derived from outcomes
- Create and manage the process for data intake, validations, mining, and visualization for both internal and external data sources
- Direct and assist a team in creating standardized analytical products across all areas of business
- Lead cross-functional meetings that guide decision making through optimization opportunities
- Manage intake process for data/reporting requests from business partners and prioritize based on value
- Interpret complex statistical inferences to senior executives in a way that drives action and strategy
- Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, economics, computer science, science or engineering fields required, advanced degree preferred
- Required 5 years' experience in data analytics or related industries preferred
